Stéphane Kost

Group Counsel

Mr Stéphane Kost joined ABC Maritime AG in 2010 as Group Counsel / Corporate Secretary. He is in charge of all legal and insurance related matters. Before joining ABC Maritime AG, Mr Kost spent 14 years with the commodity trader André & Cie SA (in charge of the legal, Insurance and Operations Department), 4 years with BCV – Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (as head of legal for the Shipping & Trade Finance Department). He then acted as legal adviser during 4 years for a consultancy entity active in trade, project and structured finance.

Mr Kost graduated from the University of Lausanne, Faculty of Law (Master of Law).

Serge Meyer

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Serge Meyer joined ABC Maritime AG in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and manages the financial aspects of the Group. Mr Meyer has close to 30 years’ experience within the finance, banking and trade finance industry. Prior to joining ABC Maritime, he held senior positions in banks in Switzerland and in the United States that included UBS and BCV. Mr Meyer graduated from Lausanne University, Switzerland with a degree in Business & Economics, and attended post-graduate courses at Insead in Paris and American Institute of Banking in New York.

Jonathan Le Feuvre

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr Jonathan Le Feuvre brings to the group over 18 years’ of experience of competitive Shipbroking in the disciplines of both Sale & Purchase and Vessel Chartering. Prior to joining the group in 2011, Jonathan has worked for some of the largest names in the business in London, Italy, Monaco and Singapore. His in-depth knowledge of the markets, and global network of contacts, is a significant driving force behind our commercial team’s activities. Jonathan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers and is frequently being asked to lecture on shipping most notably at London Metropolitan University, UK and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
